The artists not only evoke the treasures of music, but also present their own masterpieces in their unique style and interpretation, guaranteeing cathartic moments for the audience. Combining innovative musical approaches, traditional and contemporary styles promises fans a historical musical experience. All of this in a truly special location, the Synagogue on Dohány Street in Budapest, which is not only beautiful, but also an extremely special historical and sacred building.

The concert will be held as part of the 26th Jewish Cultural Festival, which will be held between September 8 and 16, 2024.

The primary goal of the Jewish Cultural Festival is to be an important factor in the capital's cultural tourism, to play a significant role in the renewed tourism offer of the Jewish quarter of Budapest, and to contribute to its boost. In recent years, the festival has deservedly become a recognized and prestigious event in the artistic life of the capital. Every year, the colorful program includes light and classical music concerts, literary and children's programs with domestic and international performers.

The Jewish Cultural Festival is not just one series of events among many, but a unique celebration of Hungarian and Jewish culture, which provides an opportunity to introduce and popularize the diverse, incomparably rich Hungarian Jewish and Jewish Hungarian culture. It is a reason to be proud that the Hungarian Jewish contemporary art life - which is nourished by the past of the Jewish tradition that can be measured in thousands of years - is growing new and fresher shoots in the 21st century before our eyes.

The Jewish Cultural Festival is aimed at those interested in the exceptionally rich Hungarian and universal Jewish culture, nourished by various spiritual influences, as well as the sacred spaces. It appeals to a social stratum whose members include both Jews and non-Jews, who are open and receptive to the diversity of other religions and cultures, whose members understand and know that our common culture is the gold lining from which it is possible and worthwhile to build.

The detailed program of the 26th Jewish Cultural Festival will soon be available on the website www.zsidokulturalisfesztival.hu
