This Privacy Notice aims to provide transparent and comprehensible information to data subjects regarding the processing of their personal data by Green Stage Event Management, Trading and Services Limited Liability Company (hereinafter: Green Stage Ltd. or Data Controller), particularly in connection with newsletter subscription and marketing-related data processing, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and the applicable Hungarian laws.
The following laws and regulations form the legal basis of the data processing:

-Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code, and
-Act C of 2000 on Accounting.
In the course of processing personal data, Green Stage Ltd. adheres to the principles of data minimisation, purpose limitation, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity, and transparency.
Personal data are processed solely in a lawful, fair, and transparent manner, ensuring that data subjects are properly informed at all times.

5.1 Data Processing Related to Event Management
The sale of tickets is carried out by Eventim Hungary Ltd., which acts as an independent data controller.
Green Stage Ltd. processes only those data that are strictly necessary for the organisation and administration of events (e.g. name, e-mail address, ticket purchase information). Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract. Retention period: Up to 1 year after the event, or until the fulfilment of any legal obligations requiring longer retention.
5.2 Newsletter and Marketing Data Processing
With the data subject’s separate, explicit consent, Green Stage Ltd. may send newsletters containing:
-announcements of current events, concerts, and exhibitions,
-information on ticket availability, discounts, and promotions,
-news about cultural events organised by Green Stage Ltd. and its partners.
Scope of processed data: name, e-mail address, IP address, date and time of subscription, method of consent.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – voluntary consent of the data subject.
Retention period: Until the withdrawal of consent.
Data transfer: Exclusively to the technical service provider operating the newsletter distribution system (data processor).
Data processor: The operator of the newsletter system, which complies with the GDPR requirements.

“I consent to Green Stage Event Management, Trading and Services Ltd. sending newsletters and promotional information to my provided e-mail address regarding its own and its partners’ cultural and entertainment events. I understand that I may withdraw my consent at any time, without justification, by clicking the unsubscribe link in any newsletter or by sending an e-mail to info@greenstageproduction.com.”
-Eventim Hungary Ltd. (independent controller): processes data related to ticket purchases.
-Web hosting and IT service provider: has only technical access; details available upon request at info@greenstageproduction.com.
-The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to third countries or international organisations.
Data subjects are entitled to exercise the following rights under the GDPR:

Green Stage Ltd. reserves the right to amend this Privacy Notice in the event of legal or operational changes. The amended version shall take effect upon publication on the website www.greenstageproduction.com.
Subscribing to the newsletter is voluntary, and the data subject may withdraw consent at any time, without justification and free of charge. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
